If you are not satisfied with the products that you have purchased on the Nature Houze website, please email us at info@naturehouze.in within 48 hours, after receiving the product.
We will guide you with the further procedure. Please ensure that the products are returned with its original packing, box (if warranty card, and any other material that came along with the product.
The returned products must be in unused condition as we cannot issue refunds for products that show signs of use. If these steps are taken, the original purchase amount will be credited to your account once we have received the product
All the Orders are quality checked before the dispatch. In case you receive any defective product, please let us know at info@naturehouze.in within 48 business hours with supporting evidence and we will get back to you.
